Fellowship package will cover the following:
a) Camp registration fees
b) Local accommodation
c) Roundtrip discount economy airfare and local transportation NOT EXCEEDING 600 USD (excluding African Fellows)
e) Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshments & Dinner provided during the Camp period

Airfare over 600 USD will not be covered under the fellowship package. There are no exceptions to this condition.(excluding African Fellows)

2. Registration
Fellows are not required to register in advance for the Camp.

Twin sharing rooms are provided for accepted fellows. Room assignments will be made by the
Secretariat.

Accommodation will be provided for five (5) nights: check-in 20 February (Sun.) until 25 February (Fri.)
Full participation in the Camp is a MUST. It is not possible to participate in only a portion of the Camp program. Pleasemake your travel plans to match the dates above.

4. Meals
Breakfast:
provided at the hotel from 21 to 25 February.

Lunch and refreshments:
provided from 21 to 24 February.

Dinner:
provided from 21 to 24 February.

All other meals are the responsibility of the fellow.

5. Reimbursement of Travel Expenses

Fellows are required to purchase their air ticket and to pay for local transportation to and from their arrival airport themselves.

ALL fellows are required to submit a Camp Report to the APNG Secretariat by 10 March 2011. Upon receipt and confirmation of your report, the APNG Secretariat will refund your airfare and local transportation expenses.

6. Confirmation of Acceptance

Please read carefully ALL of the conditions of support above.

If fellows wish to accept the Camp Fellowship under these conditions, please reply in confirmation to the Local Secretariat at the address below NO LATER THAN 21 January 2011. We would only send the acceptance statement for visa application after fellows accepted the fellowship. As the schedule for the 13th APNG Camp is held on February (which is usually held on the month of July), we appreciate the cooperation on confirming the participation to the camp as early as possible.

If the acceptance is not received by the deadline above, the fellowship will be cancelled and assigned to another applicant.
